GYN Cancers Alliance joins the Global #GivingTuesday Movement Pledges to provide education, resources, and support to local women and caregivers affected by gynecologic cancers. This is possible through community donations. Please show your support for these very brave and strong ladies that face a life threatening cancer diagnosis.

GYN Cancers Alliance has joined #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. We are raising funds to provide women of the Ozarks transportation, mentoring, free wigs, etc. Occurring this year on November 28, #GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (in the US) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday to kick off the holiday giving season and inspire people to collaborate in improving their local communities and to give back in impactful ways to the charities and causes they support.

Those who are interested in joining GYN Cancers Alliance’s #GivingTuesday initiative can visit www.gynca.org/GivingTuesday to join the movement. GYN Cancers Alliance provides education, resources and support to local women and caregivers affected by gynecologic cancers.

GYNCA is a one-of-a-kind organization in the United States in that we provide four key components inherent to the support and assistance of gynecologic cancer survivors, while other agencies may provide one or two of these programs. In many cases these programs are offered by area hospitals. Our organization brings all gynecologic cancer patients together, including their caregivers and families, no matter if they are seeing a local GYN Oncologist or traveling to larger cancer centers. GYN Cancers Alliance strives to keep the vision of our twelve founding women alive through the following programs:
     • Survivor-to-Survivor Mentoring partnering with Imerman Angels
     • New Hope Support Group Meetings
     • Education & Awareness
     • Emergency Non-Medical Financial Assistance
